When Nov and Dec rolls around, does that 15-20% rule still apply? Would that inclusive of the current GM incentives or is it MSRP % + GM incentives? I am thinking of getting a 2017 Tahoe LT, hopefully with the signature package in the NJ area.- dingleberry
