    the overflow jug is full to the hot mark and the radiator is full right up to the neck.

    ok...i fail to say I do have a new rad. cap on it. this morning I could hear a few bubbles go thru the heater box under the dash. So after work I stopped by a steep boat ramp to try to get the air to come up,it helped a little but still have the same issue. I also pulled up on the red lever on...

    would the temp. keep going up and down all the time like that?....Before the swap my temp. would go up till the t-stat would open then come back down and stay at the normal mark and never move from it.

    The 1 pass radiator is 1 1/4inch in thickness and the 2 pass is 2 1/8 thickness. so I checked mine and it was 1 1/4. so I just went with that one.I'll see how it goes.
