Open the fuel filler door. If the fuel door says 87 octane recommend it’s a 5.3 liter. If the fuel door says 91 octane recommend you have a 6.2 liter engine.- d_hawk

285/55/22 on Air suspension?
No rubbing issues in entry exit mode in over 30k miles of use. The only issues are fuel mileage hit and price of the tires, not really the tires fault for either though. In what situations have you used 4L/4Low?
I have used 4L in powdery sand to keep transmission temperatures down, on rough forest service roads to keep from riding the brakes and in situations I wanted maximum traction, like water crossings. 4L is the only time you can use the +2 inch setting on the air suspension.- d_hawk

You can google fender mod to get some ideas, Westcott Designs makes a bracket kit some people on this site have used. I attached the Cognito Motorsports guide for trimming 2019 and up 1500 series GM trucks and 2021 and up full size GM SUV’s.- d_hawk

2023 Yukon Denali fresh out of the shop!!
I have the same tires on stock air suspension. The rubbing issue you are having is due to the wheel spacers. They are pushing the outside edge of your tire into the fender liner during a sharp turn.
