Remove 3rd Row Seat
You would think you could remove the head rest but you can’t, there is a cable in the head rest running down the seat. I think because this helps the seat fold (with the electric button) I was ready to cut the seat belt. Thank you for this post! -

2022 Tahoe RST - same in mine! This was super helpful! I wrapped the seatbelt around the far sided head rest to get it out of the way. Seat belt locked and didn’t have enough slack to come undone. Was able to use this and push the 3rd row forward and tilt it to get the belt off. Thank god...
