Need opinions and pictures on 6in lift for 2007 Tahoe Z71
looks good, but not a fan of the bolt-on style fender flares... the Z-71 comes with factory flares on the truck... i saw them in the pics at the top... why the change??? looks good anyway... nice going! what did the package cost total, and where did you get the install?- CREETO

08 z71 lift
i spent $5k on the wheels, tires and lift with installation. i got the superlift 6" suspesion lift, cooper STT 35/18/12.5, and the rims. if i could do it again, i would purchase the rancho 4" lift instead. haven't had any problems, but the rancho kit is much beefier than the superlift. good...- CREETO

Black plastic around the z71 side steps (removal)?
here's mine with the plastic guards removed from behind the step bar... removing the bar is the only way to take them off without destroying them.- CREETO

took mine off o few years ago... gives the appearance that the truck sits higher because of the "see through" space between the bars and body. not too hard to do, and looks great! check out my pics.- CREETO

i had to call out a recovery service this past week after getting stuck while trying to go recover a friends jeep... it doesn't look that bad, and we worked for hours trying to dig it out and placing all kinds of material to get a bite with the treads to no avail! i need to invest in a winch...- CREETO
