i have never soldered before. how hard will this be and how realistic it is that it will fix my issue? Also, why do all of them if the others are working fine?
from what i have read that is not common as to what the issue is when the gauge is not working correctly. has anyone starter with replacing the stepper motor first and that fixed the issue?
My gas gauge has quit reading correctly. From what I have read online it is the sending unit. I know to change this I will have to drop the gas tank. My question is if I can only replace the actual sending unit and not the whole pump/sending unit assembly? If so what is the part number? Also...
My tahoe is a family hauler so mostly highway no off roading. I definatelly want to lower it and get some 20" wheels. So far i have added bug shield, wind in channel visors, front tint, LED interior lights, LED headlight/foglight/DRL's and AUX/IPod interface.
As I am a new member to the forum I can't list on the "Wanted" ads. Some of the things I am looking for are; cold air intake, possibly a lowering kit, LED bulbs (interior and exterior (fog/headlights), and 20" Wheels/tires. I may be interested in other items.
