Skip the leaking struts and once it is repaired then trade it on a new one. Your lucky they are helping with any of it.
While it is a major repair, it could always be worse.

I did not take any photos, I also did not remove the bumper and headlights, I flipped up the core support bar and tilted the radiator back to allow the condenser to pull up and out.
Evacuated and Recharged the AC today, since I spent yesterday afternoon buying a new condenser.
Oreilly's had a Murray condenser in stock for $150
One bottle of 46 wt to pour an ounce and a half in the new condenser. $9
3 cans of R134 $15
4 hours labor. It's not really a big deal at...

Trade it in before the warranty runs out. They should give you top dollar for it since it’s always been dealer serviced and they know the vehicle.
Lots of repairs is not a lemon. A lemon is when the same problem keeps reoccurring or can’t be solved.
