    Dealer is definitely an issue but if you call GM customer service for help then that is the company's responsibility at that point. They should be doing everything they can to resolve this since they stand to lose a long term customer and my entire immediate family.

    They are no help and the dealer cut Ties. I took the truck and told the dealer was unhappy within a day. Pointe GMC In Nj allows this kind of work and claims they did me a favor by even fixing it. Its worse than when it started. I'm thinking a lawyer.

    See GM warranty work. Original complaint 30095 miles. Unfixed. Second complaint 33678 miles. Unfixed. Fixed poorly after warranty expired.
