2007 Tahoe Brake lights remain on, no cruise, parts replaced
I know (from experience) that if you try a non AC-Delco brake light switch it may not work. Once I installed a new AC-Delco one it worked and I got my cruise control back. -

Cruise Control disengages randomly, only works after hard brake stomp (2009 Tahoe)
Bad Ground? It could also still be the Brake Pedal sensor. I had a problem with my cruise control before and I replaced the switch (position sensor) with a non-AC Delco one and it didn't work. I returned it for the AC-Delco one and it worked- BGardner
