Yea it is what it is, i still love the Tahoe, been focusing on paying it off before I do much to it, once I get back to the states in about a month I need to do the valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, rotors, pads and possibly steel brake lines. Tahoe 1, Mercedes 0....got rear ended, she hit me hard enough to bend the bumper, receiver and possibly the frame rails down a tad. also bent the hitch a little as well. best part is she didn't have insurance. hopefully i can put a new bumper on without having to do frame work. my insurance...- BealT1

Warm/hot buttons, is it normal?

Not a lot of people have heard of these Dayton ultimax subwoofers but they are good for sound quality and hitting lows. They are fairly cheap too compared to the price tag of JLs or something. I'd go for a couple of these 12s if you are trying to downgrade a little- BealT1

Warm/hot buttons, is it normal?
I have an 06 tahoe LT and I noticed the buttons on the steering wheel and the ac control screen get very warm to the touch after driving for about 30 to 45 minutes. Is this normal? Is it something I should worry about? I can't find any info on any other threads -

It's a sealed box, after researching the parameters on the sub I found out they do better in sealed enclosures. This one is 9.7 cubic feet with an f3 of 26 Hz.- BealT1
