Shorty. I went with a Tahoe High Country with the High Country Deluxe package. These vehicles ride great but the air ride smooths it out even more. I was not a lover of the screen in my 25 Denali I’m much happier with the displays in the Tahoe. So very extremely pleased.- Axialflow

Getting delivery tomorrow. Ordered April 10/25, delivered June 7/25. Keep in mind I ordered it when my dealer received allotment to get a order accepted so the day I ordered it was accepted by GM.- Axialflow

Got an update from dealer the Tahoe was in the Chicago area on Friday on its way up to Ontario should be here this coming week. I tried the live agent . As outlined you have to have the order submitted 4-6 weeks before they can offer you an update. After 4 1/2 weeks I asked for update with all the required info. I'm anxious to see how the LZ0 diesel is compared to the old LM2. I had a LM2 in a 2023 Yukon and I thought it was very lazy. Seems to be fine in a pickup truck but our SUV's are a lot heavier and push a lot more wind. The 6.2 moves it without effort.- Axialflow

I finally had success today with my Tahoe diesel order with HC Deluxe package got it accepted. Was told if I wanted a Z71 there was 0 allocation not sure if that was for just Ontario Canada or all over. I was worried about losing the $1995 credit that is being offered but secured it.- Axialflow

Guess we'll see what happens this Thursday that's when allotment up here gets awarded. Last week there was allotment but there was a constraint on a item in the build and my build is very simple as I'm trying to avoid hold ups. You can buy a house quicker then this- Axialflow

I've ordered many Yukon's and Tahoe's and have never been successful taking delivery of them within any decent timeframe and usually finding one similar on the lot. Yes those tariffs will be a game changer. I started in the 90's with Ford pickup trucks keeping them for a year or two then exporting them. Just like anything else its up and down to each their own. Nowadays there's lots of things happening that can change quickly that we don't have control over.- Axialflow

Yes usually. It is advantageous with the cdn/us exchange to export the vehicles and do well on them. There are rules to follow as far as timeline and mileages or you will lose your buying privilege's as many people found out during COVID. If Canada puts a retaliatory tariff on US vehicles that would pretty much halt all the GM/Chev large suv sales up here since they all come from Arlington.
