You were right... It was only tested one at a time... And I found tonight... That when I activated turn sig. Both were flashing... I have started back as the diagram states... As of now all works, but... If I activate Hazzard lights I get nothing... Feedback..? I'll update the competition soon -

I just built the harness too... And had the same problem... Fix : I removed the 5 pin to 4 pin harness compatibility and matched the wires accordingly... I left the two stated wires disconnected (per diagram) but attached the Brea and tail together... I do have the hyperflash at the moment... -

air ride kits?
Daniel: Hows the ride quality....? Cadillac? Or worse then a static drop...? I have the complete djm 5/5.5 but thinking about air its clost to factory ride quality.- 04YUKON

Towing on a 5" Drop
I had the blue djm 5" drop spring with 24's.... Pulled my 4400lbs ski boat plus junk in the trunk... From tampa fl to seattle wa... No issues.... If anything add the helper bag... Better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.- 04YUKON

Getting so sick of a bad ride in the tahoe
Nick... I'll put money on it... It's your front shocks bottoming out on and with the bump stops in the front... I have the complete djm calmax setup... Upper and lower arms (front) tb rear.. But wanted to go lower... So i ordered a torsion key... Im using ther djm calmax shocks all the...- 04YUKON

Rear hvac problem on my 03 Yukon?
I had the same issues with my 04 yukon....I replaced everything In the back of the truck with no luck... my fix. 1st check the actuator and see if thats yer prob... sounds like it is....u can test it is by switching the temp control to about half just to about be safe... pull the actuator off...- 04YUKON

heater control valve location???
There is a sensor in the headliner. Behind what looks like a speaker grill above the dri vers seat. I had mine replaced and the hvac system codes cleared... hope that helps- 04YUKON

HVAC problem...can someone bail me out?
Look Into the actuator motors. I had problems with mine for the rear. I finially opened up the motor. Reset the gear And had chevy clear the codes with their scan tool. Free- 04YUKON

Need help with armrest
I did mine today... With the seat still in the truck... If you have yet to take one out: 1- move the seat all the way back and lean the seat fwd. 2- use a small knife or flat head screw driver to seperate the locking piece holding the leather together... (black) inside the seem. Between the seat... -

How low can it go
I did the djm 3/5 drop on my 04... As seen in my profile pix, but it wasn't low enough in the front, the ass was still lower then the front... I added the djm 1-2" drop tor. Key and it went way down... To the point where the keys have to be adjusted all the way up to sit just to the top of the...- 04YUKON

The update: After days of research and part pricing ( new pcm, new bcm ) plus dealer prices.... Quote... Thousands... The 2 shops that did work on the truck said they undid everything and retracd their steps... I pulled the pillar guage pod on the truck, and bingo... They had drilled...- 04YUKON

Yukon will not turn off...! Help!!!
I have an 04 yukon... And no matter what you do with the key it will not shut off! I added a supercharger 6 months ago and had a perf. Tune flashed into the computer. The truck ran great all the way accross the country! I put the truck into storage at the end of may and back on the road in...- 04YUKON
