I have Goodyear Eagles, and have no complaints with them. Does anyone here have the knowledge to compare them to the Michelins?

My sister has the Goodyear Steadfast HTs on her Escalade. I started a thread to see if someone could compare them to the Defenders, but no dice. Hopefully someone give you some feedback on your Goodyears.I have Goodyear Eagles, and have no complaints with them. Does anyone here have the knowledge to compare them to the Michelins?

Tell that to people that drive I-75 or I-95 everyday. Drive 55-65 and you'll get run over...... when it's not raining? 85+ is common....75 MPH in the rain is why you see cars off the road every time it rains.. I tell my kids, SLOW DOWN IN THE RAIN.
I would say no. Continental is a good tire. Edit: Just looked them up, they look to have a really good tread pattern. Is it worth to switch from my brand new OEM continental LX20 to Defenders? Will there be significant improvement on comfort/road noise?
… had four installed on my 2023 Yukon Denali back on October. Absolutely love them over the crappy AlenzasHow are the Michelin Defenders LTX? Have a 2024 Yukon Denali w/ air ride, not impressed with the alenzas anymore. Had alenzas on my 07 tahoe and the 2017 Denali but the new alenzas aren't that great. How are the defenders for wear, noise, wet traction?
I like Michelin tires. They are the "Cadillac" of tires. I just put a set on my wife's 22 Avalon (NOT for sale). I avoid the low profile type, makes the ride harder. How are the Michelin Defenders LTX? Have a 2024 Yukon Denali w/ air ride, not impressed with the alenzas anymore. Both. The '2's are still too new to give it a complete evaluation. But, so far, I don't see/feel anything negative for the '2's versus the original. You guys been putting the newer Defender "2s" on your trucks lately, or the previous model?
Correct, the LTX is no longer available. The ltx ms are no longer available I believe. I’ve got the ltx ms 2’s on a suburban and Tahoe I believe they are better than the ltx ms. Quieter and holds the road well. Was out in the big snow in pa. No traction issues at all.
And they are the 275 50/22. Factory size
I agree about the Bridgestones. Steph and I had a rental suburban in Alaska. The roads were wet and I was probably going a little faster than I should've, but never hydroplaned on any gm suv I've ever owned, in the amount of water that was on the road. Came around a little corner, we hydroplaned. Spun as around a few times. I won't 100% blame the tires, but the wet weather traction wasn't good for the remainder of the trip.Absolutely. Just one instance of hydroplaning at about 75 miles an hour and tires are about 80% new. Told me all I need to know about Bridgestone's. You are taking your life into your own hands if you are buying Alenza's. I'll get rid of these as soon as I can get about 20,000 miles out of them. Just to say I got a little bit of good out of them. Did the same on my 21 and will on the 25 also.
