Z71 roof rack on a Denali?

That's really cool. I've seen other trucks with it. With enough light output, could be handy for night tailgating and stuff.

Hmm. I wondered if anybody had done that. Been eyeballing my roof rack thinking that would be a good spot for some extra reverse lights.

question... is the z71 a direct bolt on ?
The Z71 rack has an extra hole to mount the rear base plates to the roof. If you don't have a Z71, your truck wont have this hole, but it's not a big deal to not put a bolt there since there are 2 others. Also the mounting screws for the stock rack and Z71 rack to the roof are different Lengths, but also not a big deal just be careful when screwing them in so you don't strip out the anchors already in the roof. So Yes it is direct Bolt On, just has small differences.
