Whining noise 2015 6.2 (with video)

My 15 Denali 6.2 has developed a whine associated with RPM in the last few months. Sounds similar to when I had a bad power steering pump in my trailblazer in the past, but no power steering here. Any ideas? Water pump or vacuum pump maybe? VIDEO BELOW

I wouldn't think it’s transmission related? It does it in park and neutral?
