Bump for a bro

HID Bro? Sounds Good! I know people seem to dislike our hids on our vehicles, but up here in northern Canada we sometimes don't meet traffic for and hour or so. The wildlife up here also like to pop out at the craziest time lol

Thank you, I really tried to avoid posting about this issue. I'm sure he is swamped.

Seems like really bad customer service around. If you actually google their name they have TONS and i mean TONS of issues where they stop communicating with customers. Oscar tends to be the person that deals with all the issues and he seems to make it seem like it was your fault that your stuff went bad. On top of that some of his stuff seems to be pretty over priced and the lack of customer service is just damn right outrageous.

Wtf

WELL, so much for that. He replied twice and now vanished again. Still no lights or tracking number.

I could have ordered of ebay, but figured I would use a vendor because I thought they would be more honest about the way they handled their business. i guess not.:mad::mad:
