What alternator years are compatible with a 94?

My alternator seized on me today and snapped my serpentine belt. I will be visiting the junk yard tomorrow I want to know what alternators will fit in this 94 5.7, thank you

I would love to help but........what 94? 94 what, with a 5.7? Blazer. C series, K series...G series? Your signature does not say. There is no 94 Tahoe, only a Blazer and there is a 94 Yukon. C'mon man. If I am to try and cross all over the place, you gotta work with me here.

If it’s a Suburban you’re talking about, make sure the connector is correct on the one you grab from the parts yard. Usually they came with either 100, 105 or 124amp alternator most commonly.

Just took a quick peek on RockAuto. Same alternator options as the Suburban 5.7 that year.

I see the same alternator application for years 1990 thru 1995 for a 5.7 engine in a K1500.

take a picture of it so you can compare it to a replacement, junkyard should know the crossover years and makes and there locations.

Thanks guys I ended up finding a compatible alternator attached to some 454 Chevy.

I also found a brand new looking alternator but it was squeaky so I went with the dusty one from the 454 and my Silverado is good as new now!
