Trying to get decent power without FI

Thinking about going with a Comp Cam for my next mod. Hearing anywhere from 10-20 whp gains. Has anyone Dyno pulled and verified net gains after install and proper tune?

You can make as much as 100# tq and 130+ hp from a cam combo upgrade. Those number aren't too suitable for a heavy SUV but your 10-20hp is on the VERY low side. If it were only 10-20 it would not be worth the cost. Check out Hot Rod magazine online, they have done several cam swaps and comparisons for the 5.3.
