Trouble with my95

Need some help with my 95. Right before it died the Rpms jumped up and down. Gave my a 54 code.

Nonspark- replaced coil. Get power to and from coil still no spark.

Replaced ecm.
Tested fuel pump relay it clicks and has 14-15 pounds of pressure at gauge on at TBI. But no spray from injectors.

Full pump kicks on for about 10 seconds then shuts off.

No start just cranks over. Suggestion next before I get ***** at a service center

Fuel pressure should be 60-65.

That’s for the Vortec motors with CSFI. TBI is around 11-15 psi

Check ign 1&2 fuse, may have rattled loose.
