My tow button on the shifter isn't working. Have any of you guys experienced the same problem and know of a fix?

Very common issue. There is one orange wire that controls that. It always crack after time. Find the broken part and boom there you go.

I've read that the wire sometimes breaks or becomes disconnected....I'd start there. Pull the cover off the column and take a peek.......

Mine wasn't working when I bought it. Ripped the steering column apart and sure enough. Broken wires inside the orange conduit. Detach it from the column to give it more slack when you put it back together.
