Timing problems.

Ya the tahoe on my avatar was a fiasco. Previous owner did the intake gasket put the distributor in turned wrong had number 7 plug wire smashed under the valve cover. All the wire seperators were missing and they had 2 of the other plug boots electrical taped back together.
