the truck tracks great in a straight line with no shimmy , but when the wheel is in slight turn on highway speeds, i get a pretty pronounced shake. the wheels have been balanced recently and the tires look good. they are 285/75/16. could this be a tierod end issue ? and which or all of them ?

thanks

grab the wheel one at a time off the ground and shake the tire turning in and out and look for loose parts. may need a helping hand.
