Id have to look up p1406 but p1345 is the distributor wasnt put back in correctly. Does the truck run at all and how well does it run if it does? If it runs fairly well you probably just have to turn the distributor a little. If it doesnt run at all or runs very poorly your not on the right teeth with the cam/dist meshing.

If the light wasn't on I'd never know there was a problem. Although it seemed to have a little more power when I first got it back.

If you had an intake gasket leak you will notice a bit more power after the leak is fixed. As far as p1345 your probably only off by a MINIMAL 3°. It has to be set + or - 2° from 0 or it will automatically throw the code. If your JUST outside the range you probably wont notice any issue besides that code. If you dont have an advanced live data reader mark the location of the dist body and loosen the dist clamp and bump it a mm in one direction and tighten it back down. Clear the code by either using a basic scanner or by unhooking the battery and start the truck and recheck for p1345. If it either runs rough or the code is still there follow the same procedure but bump it a mm past your original mark in the opposite direction and again tighten it back down clear the code and start it again. If you have an advanced scanner capable of reading live data cam retard start the truck and use the scanner to set the timing as close to 0 as you can. These engines cant be set with a timing light.
