Tan interior from a Denali and an Escalade the same?

Just as the title states is the tan used in a Yukon Denali the same color tan used in an Escalade? Also has anybody swapped out their interior for that out of Escalade? I have a Denali and I am thinking about swapping my blackwood stuff out for the Escalade's wood trim. Has anybody done that and what do you need to get aside from all 4 door panels (with window switches), the console pieces, and gauge cluster surround?
