Strange sound

Hi all, strange sound I heard before starting the Yukon 2008 and continue after, it is coming from down (see video), any help please

"Before starting"? Meaning before you crank the engine and key is in on position? Or while engine is cranking and then when starts, the noise continues? Describe noise, please.
