Stabilitrak sensor ??

i recently lifted my tahoe 6" and every now and then when i hit a bump going up a pretty steap hill i get a stabilitrak off and ABS light. but after i turn the ignition off and it goes away and doesnt come back til i hit a pretty big bump. is this a commom problem with bigger lifts and tires and no big deal or is it something i need to get looked at?

When I put my leveling kit on I had the same issue. Check around your rear axle for a wire connector. I had something come loose and I think it was the traction control (it was a long time ago!). It went away after a while, anyways....sorry this probably wasn't much help!

i called the shop that installed and asked about it and he said since its almost 9 inches higher now and the steering angles its giving a false signal and nothing to worry about. i hope he's right
