In that case then no. On the 2000-2006 trucks the seat belt is part of the seat. On the rest of the trucks it is separate, so you'd end up with no seat belts.

Plus he asked about 2008 seats. From what I've seen the 2008 seats are a bit bigger so the holes for the bolts and brackets wouldnt match up. So he'd have to drill new holes to mount the bolts to. Which is doable, but takes some work. I would think it would be easier to get bench seats out of a 2000-2006 Silverado or sierra instead.
