Replace Air Ride with Normal Shocks

Pull the RTD fuse under the hood and disconnect the battery for a few minutes. Install bilstein HD direct replacement shocks. Enjoy.

I have a 2002 Escalade with a 2/4" drop...well 3/4 if you count lowering the front torsion bars...

My Caddy currently displays "Service Ride Control", the factory rear shocks (air bags) are blown out. I'm replacing them today with BellTech Nitro 2 lowering shocks...

However pulling the RTD fuse changed the display from "Service Ride Control" to "Service Stability System" and my Escalade stated to drive like SH*T! so I put the RTD fuse back in and I deal with seeing the "Service Ride Control" message...
