Remove panel with RSA controls

I've installed headrest dvd monitors and I would like to power them by taping into the cigarette plug on the back of the center console below the RSA controls. I can't seem to get the panel all the way out, I've taken out the cup holder screws and it appears to be very loose but won't give. What am I missing?

I have a MY2014 Yukon XL SLT

You can also use this instead of cutting any wires just plug this in your fuse box and you will have power just extend it to your headrest.
