Hi

I started my new sub project wich is the "Rear view mirror"

I have the following:
1- an electronic Rear view mirror.
2- blug and wire ready and connected.

But it is dead 100% :banghead: nothing is working at all so I went to the local junk yard and tried 7 rearview mirrors and non worked from 99 models until 2001

This the blug diagram showing the voltage source.

As you can see only the middle is supplying the 12v and I found very week electric supply from the second pin a showing .6v or less

And I dont have the temp sensor as shown hear (red circle)

I took it from another thread (sorry for that)

Thanks

I found this diagram:

MirrorDiagram1.jpg

The owner of this diagram he used pins 1 and 2 to feed the mirror to work.

Could any of you please take a picture of the wires so I can compare it to what I have may be the pins are mis placed?

then follow the other pics to the convenience center to check those plugs.

I couldn't figure whats wrong with it I fiund out that the previous owner disconnected the sun visors so I connected them and they worked (solved a secondary problem!!)

I will take the roof down and see whats going on there
