Hi All,
I drive a '20 PPV, and I am noticing that after some time, the grip of my duty gun is eating away at the plastic covering on the driver's seatbelt post, exposing the cables underneath. I use a rigid 7" extender when I'm wearing my duty gear, but this seems to be a geometry issue rather than a length one. I go to the range and feed my duty gun regularly, so I dont think it just got hungry. Anyone else experience this or have any advice on how to mitigate? I was considering a thermoformed kydex or even 3D printed sleeve, but I'm not sure if that would help, get in the way of me getting to my weapon, or even be safe necessarily.
