Hi All,

I am looking to tap into the overhead console to provide 12V power for a radar detector but not sure the best way to do this. I wanted to ask here before I started fiddling with pulling the overhead console apart. It appears to all connect together with the mirror and thought I read somewhere that I could do some damage to the windshield if I do this wrong.

Any help would be much appreciated.

usually everyone taps into the mirror harness, colors for your year may vary but on the nnbs power is the pink wire more towards the middle of the harness and then ground is a black wire int he upper right hand corner, I would recommend using a blend mount so there is nothing in the way of your sensors
