Onstar Remote problems

so i have a 2011 LTZ, been getting a 403_2 error says update app tried that didn't work even uninstalled and reinstalled the app didn't work.. at first it was every now and then now I'm completely blocked out.. anyone else have this issue? i emailed on star but they haven't gotten back to me yet, figured id check the forums in mean time.

I am also having this issue. It's frustrating because today was the first time I've tried the app. Was there an answer from the Onstar advisor? I've even tried deleting and reinstalling the application.
