I would think it should be fine I have left fuel in vehicles before over 6 months never blinked an eye at driving it afterwards

Yeah. :) If the car start and running good no problems.
Now we have different gas over here but 6 month ain't much.
Our gas have a proximity 5% ethanol but if I don't remember it wrong they can if they want blend in 7%.
And here over the winter a car or whatever can stand 6 month, if it's running rough I just fill in more new gas. :)

Should be no problem but I would add fresh fuel to the mix asap.

If it is just regular fuel I would add the mid or premium fuel to it.

But to be honest, it is guess work at this point.
