Need help understanding how (REAR HELPER BAG KIT) can help my 5" rear drop?

Depends...I have zero ride complaints on my 5" rear drop with TB spring. Ride is comfortable yet firm when it needs to be. A helper bag kit always needs to have a few psi in it & I believe when inflated a little more you'll start to lift the rear.

It sounds like you're assuming a 5" rear drop will ride like crap.

More info...what spring & shock combo will you be running? Shock relocators? Trailing arm kit?

I have the but not installed yet "http://www.stylintrucks.com/part.aspx?category%7ccategory_root%7c-30=Suspension&category%7ccat_-30%7c373=Lowering+Parts&canned_results_trigger=&partfamilyid=6222&partid=594729 and theses shocks http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.aspx?category%7ccategory_root%7c-30=Suspension&category%7ccat_-30%7c237=Shocks&canned_results_trigger=&partfamilyid=1882"

What are your thoughts and if its going to be a issue with a bad ride or is it fine or would you swap something for another?

I don't think you'll have a bad ride but everyone has different feelings about what is good, ok, best, & bad. A lot of guys here, including myself, ordered full drops from NorCalSS. I'm absolutely happy with my DJM/BellTech setup.

I am running the DJM shocks up front (stiffer) & the BellTech in the rear (softer)...I think it gives a very even ride. I don't think you'll have a bad ride going with the kit you linked to but I don't have any experience with that coil personally. I don't know its characteristics...

ive switched them out here locally and guys have done the same on the board. the tb spring sat lower and gave a nicer ride.

Since the kit is new id just return it and I think you will even save money getting the set up I have since its cheaper than what stylinconcepts has it for
