I'm looking at getting a set of 22x10 inch wheels from oewheels, with a 31mm offset

Here's the link
http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels-f.../Chrome/22-Fits-Chevrolet-Tahoe-p8579297.html

My question is what size tires should I get? I have a completely stock 2006 denali xl. I was thinking 305's but I'm affraid they might stick out too much. Would a 285 or 295 size tire fit a 10 inch wheel? Any advice is much appreciated.

305's will be fine, the only time you will run into problems is if you decide to go real low.....305's will not clear the fenders. I have 285's and I am still clipping passenger's side fender well when I air out since the *****-ass panhard pushes the axle over....

If you are going to stay stock or up to 5'' drop you will be fine on 305's.

also, if you are not going to go lower I suggest the 305/45/22's it will fill your wheel well better and give you more rubber to protect them shiny new wheels....that's what I ran when I had 22's and my rims stayed pristine(sold them for a profit when I got new wheels)

well said, thats the size I am planing as well. Its a perfect size for a 22 with enuff rubber and protection a truck like ours would need. Right now on my 20s, I went from 285/50/20 to a 295/45/20 and hate them. Lighter tire, smaller diameter. Looks more carish. So I decided to switch to the same rim in 22s, and go with 305/45/22 (that would be the equivalent to my 285/50/20 on the sidewalls.) And I would love that on a 22, with a wider x10 rim. BTW I have a DJM 2/3 drop.

Post a photo when you get them on. Those rims are awesome. Wish I could swing a set myself.

if your doing 22x10you can run the 305 series but depending on drop i can run them cause iam to low in the front but you also can run the 285/35 just a tad but thinner
