I'm really concerned that a 2 - 2.5" level will not be enough to clear the 285 70 17 Zeon LTZ. Can anyone comment? I really do not want to trim.

Here's the updated pics. I went with a 2.5" level in front, Z71 springs and a 1.5" spacer in the back. I installed Bilstein 5100's and a KYB steering stabalizer. To the top of the fender it now sits 39" in front and 40" in rear.

The wheels are Raceline Raptors 17x9, the tires are Cooper Discover AT3 in 285/70R17 10 ply.

Nice job. It's amazing what a little TLC does to these rigs. Or a lot in your case- I'm impressed with what you did to the undercarriage. It makes me glad that salt isn't used here in the PNW.

The rust is starting to show up again so I'll have to grind and paint the undercarriage again. I think I need to apply more coats this time. Last time I only did a couple.

Is it a 4x4? I have an 02 and used to run 285/75/16s stock before the lift with no rubbing.

I love my cooper At3's. great choice in tires.

So far they have been a good tire. Great traction on wet pavement.

Yea it's a 4x4. I'm running a 9" wide wheel, it doesn't rub though.
