Any noticeable benefit from an aftermarket throttle body? Just wondering if anyone has any feedback? Thanks!

I would think only with other mods....like headers, intake manifold, tune etc. Are you thinking of only doing a TB upgrade?

I just read some of the reviews, some said noticeable difference by itself, and it looks like the same size as a stock Tb. Need other mods to notice a difference.

Stock TB's are plenty unless you change to a TBSS intake manifold or similar, and then you'll need a tune to take advantage of them both. You won't see any gain by itself even if this actually was bigger than stock which it doesn't appear to be.

This is correct. No sense in changing out TBs until you are really pushing power.
