Proud new owner of an 01 Suburban LT. Wanting to do a new headunit and all new speakers to include rear sub in the back. Not sure what I really want though so I need some help. Here's a list

Looking for a Double Din H/U (planning on modding dash/AC)
All of our music is digital so no CD/DVD in HU
All door speakers need to be replaced, don't want to break the bank but would like a nice stock upgrade.
Need backup camera in HU
Thinking about a rear dvd setup for kids
Need to replace factory sub, have some rockford 10's but they may be too deep.

Would like to keep it under $1000 total. Not sure if that's possible.

Thanks in advance guys

If it were me, I would go with something along the lines of this.

You could easliy go with a cheaper amp and spend that money on whichever kind of rear dvd setup.
As for backup cams thats gonna be one that you like.

This is just a good solid set of components and will sound great together and last for along time.

Found a similar head unit at the local best buy. Has bluetooth , hd radio, sat radio, Pandora and a range of other options i don't know to use. Lol

Now I have an amp on the way but where is the factory one located. I looked under the console but it wasn't there. Any info would be appreciated.

Pic of hu installed.

Don't bother the factory amp, it connects to TOO many things in the car. Just run RCAs from the H/U to your aftermarket amps.
