how-to on taking interior center dash plastic panels off?

got an 03 denali... interior center dash panels, etc... need re painted... how do I get it all off?

the sections around the lower 6disk and the huge panel that wrap across the dash...

The huge panel that wraps around the dash literally just pops right off. Lower your steering wheel all the way and just start prying along the edge of it and work your way around it until its off...very easy to do .
