HMI Interchangeability

Hello. New here. 2015 Tahoe LTZ.

Radio went out. Need to replace HMI module and Cable. They told me I needed part number 23266008. Looked it up. Found similar parts for cheaper. Part number 23427513 is listed as "compatible" but other sites say 23266008 replaced 23427513.

Can I go with 23427513 or do I need to use 23266008?
