I am switching the A/C controls to LEDs on my 2002 Yukon XL.

I successfully changed the 4 bottom bulbs.

I tried the 4 top bulbs and had none then I switched all of their polarities and I only got the first on the far right to light.

I heard they are wired in series does anybody happen to know how the other 3 go instead of me just guessing.

I did a pretty detailed write up on this a few years ago. Around 2009 or 2010 I think. Lemme see if I can dig it up for you.

I read it over many times if it is the same one. And our boards are different.

Ahhh, OK. You have the 00-02 AUTOMATIC climate control panel. It's a bit different than the one in my thread. It's not THAT different though. It's actually wired pretty much exactly the same. You have four LEDs, and they are wired in two sets of 2, each set of 2 is wired in series just like on the panel shown in my thread.
But here's the kicker.....its a LOT harder to keep track since that circuit board is so much more "busy", so you can't exactly visually trace the circuit. What you need to do is use a Digital Multimeter. Test each pin of each bulb, and you will find that one bulb has a positive leg which leads to the illumination circuit, then the other lead of that bulb leads to the next bulb. The second leg of that next bulb should test as GROUND on your meter. It will be easier to read these with your meter AFTER removing the stock bulbs, because you will get back feed on the circuit with the bulbs still soldered in place.

Ya ive tried a few different ways and now its gotten to the point the circuit leads are lifting from the circuit board. Im about to just throw a led strip in and say **** it. I even tried making my own led strip with the 5mm bulbs in series with a resistor in front and not even that is lighting up using a normal power supply.
