Got a new 1st driver keyfob, does not recall seat position now

Got a new 1st driver Keyfob, does not recall to position 1. Everything else works on it, unlock, lock, remote start. Keyfob 2 works fine.

Dealer did something wrong I take it?

same issue here, I'm guessing the fobs are all supposed to be programmed at the same time and they didn't do it.

Dealer fixed it, They programmed the new one to Bank 3 first time. Had them move it to Bank1 and it works now.
