its just pressed in there really tight.
Enough that the typical person will say "aah F it!, Ill take it to the dealership"
its not a machined part of the block, its simply pressed in, if you grab it with some pliers I bet it yanks right on out, np..
Then taps right back in with the correct sized socket stacked ontop of it.
Just another way for the stealership to get some $$$ into the service bays..
