Code P0220-99

I was driving home from the grocery store tonight and idling at a light the check engine light came one followed by a message that said low engine power mode or something similar. The traction control disabled message followed. It was in limp mode took a while to make it to 35 mph. I used my code scanned and came up with code P0220-99.

I cleared the code drove around about 10-15 minutes and it did not reappear.

Any ideas what this might be?

Likely a broken or compromised wire in the throttle body circuit. At the throttle body inspect the circuit connector for pin fitment and cleanliness. Also carefully inspect the wiring back from the TB about 6", flexing the wires to see if there is one broken underneath the insulation.

I checked everything the only I found was the #2 injector harness appeared to be loose for some reason. No damage to the wiring anywhere. I have driven it about 100 miles and the light didn’t come back on. Very odd.
