Center Console USB Port Not Working

One of two USB ports on the center console (between the front seats) no longer works on my 2017 Yukon SE. The same phone and cable connect fine in one USB port but not the other (doesn't charge the phone and isn't recognized by the system). How do I find the part number for the dual USB port without pulling it out. Alternately how do I get it out to find the part number?
