Ok, So the past few days I've noticed a ticking/Clicking noise coming from my engine (top half). I work at LKQ autoparts here in Texas so I do know my way around a car and its parts. I had a buddy that I work with come take a listen to it sitting at idle said its sounds like a bad lifter. My question is that I've heard that it could have come loose and that the rod just needs to be tighted? or that it could have gone bad which means that the camshaft could be bad too? Has anyone ran into this problem if so any help or advise would be great!
