Are there two washer spray nozzles per wiper arm?

Yup Im a dummy, looked closer at my stock j-hook arms and there are two sprayers there as well.

Hey there Mike,
is there any possibility that someone sells a repair kit just for the host / Spray Head portion on each Arm ?
The only think I can find online is the entire Arm ???

Sorry I don't know.
The arms were about $40-45 a piece last I looked.
What happened to your spray heads?
