Description
The iSimple "BluStream" is a Bluetooth add on expansion upgrade module for use with the iSimple PXAMG iPod Media Interface that lets you receive or place calls through your Factory radio. Additionally, the BluStream can be used to play music from your iPhone 4/3GS/3G, through your car's sound system.

Easy Install
Interface directly connects your iPod/iPhone to your radio via the Satellite Radio's port (located behind your radio), allowing you to listen to your stored music through the factory stereo.
Factory radio will display the iPod's/iPhone's text (not text messages), on any display/screen that the factory Satellite Radio would, to browse your music, by Artist, Album, Genre, and Playlists from the radio controls
Keeps the iPod's/iPhone's internal battery charged and ready to go.
This also allows you to add an extra AUX input for another audio source, like a PSP, or XBOX, or additional MP3/DVD player, etc through supplied RCA audio/3.5mm headphone jack adapter (Audio Only).
Steering Wheel radio controls (if your vehicle is equipped) also work with this interface (functions are limited to your radio's capabilities).
Mini USB (cable not included) connection allows the Media Interface to be continually updated with downloadable firmware to work with the latest applications.
Compatibility Requirements
Vehicle MUST be either equipped with, or have the ability to support Satellite Radio
Only for use with iPhone, iPhone 3G/3GS, & iPhone4 (Compatibility with any other phones cannot be guaranteed)
iPhone 3G requires 3.0 OS or higher.
If you have a newer firmware higher than iOS4 installed in your iPhone, please contact us to verify compatibility.
1st Generation iPhone does not support A2DP Streaming Audio.
Does not support phonebook download
MUST be in satellite radio or one of the Media Interface modes to make/receive phone calls. If you are in any other mode the BluStream will automatically disconnect from the iPhone and will not function.
The Bluetooth Interface will use one of the two (2) input ports available on the Media interface, eliminating an input option. either the 5v iPod/iPhone cable or the RCA/3.5mm Jack (supplied with the Media Interface). You can only connect two (2) pluggable options at a time.
Currently the iPhone software does not support track forward/back through A2DP streaming.
Not compatible with iPod Shuffles.
Does not display video.
Compatibility Requirement
Radio must have a "Band" or "XM" button to be compatible
Not compatible in vehicles equipped with "Monsoon" system or any other "signal sensing" amplifier.
Some radios may have an inactive satellite radio port if not equipped with a factory satellite radio tuner. Please see a dealer for activation of this port to enable the interface
