Aftermarket HU - Retain RSE with 2nd AND 3rd row TVs

I have a 2010 Suburban w/o Nav w/Bose and RSE with both the 2nd and 3rd row fold down TVs. I am looking to add a aftermarket in dash Nav unit and integrating it into the truck using the iDatalink system, but I have read in a few reviews that the 3rd row screen will no longer function. Can anyone confirm this, and if so is there any way to keep the 3rd row screen functional with a different product or some sort of DIY solution?

I believe you can use a video amplifier to retain the screens in back of the aftermarket radio.....
